For more than 17 years, Tansy Moon has built her career on one simple truth: real estate is about people, not just properties. Every home represents a new season of life, and her greatest joy is guiding families through that transition with care, strategy, and heart.

From multi-million-dollar oceanfront estates to first-time buyer homes, Tansy brings the same dedication and perseverance. A four-time Ironman finisher — including the World Championship in Hawaii — she knows what it means to go the extra mile and applies that same drive to positioning her clients for success.

Tansy began her career in 2008, during one of the toughest real estate markets in history, and earned "Rookie of the Year" despite the challenges. Since then, she has remained a top producer in the Jacksonville and Beaches market, known for her creative marketing, strong social media presence, and a referral-based business built entirely on trust and relationships.

In the past year, her business has grown into something even more meaningful with the launch of the Tansy Moon Team. Her bonus daughter, Emily Usina, officially joined her in the business, and together they are building a family-driven team that combines experience, fresh energy, and a shared heart for people.

Rooted in Atlantic Beach for more than two decades, Tansy raised her daughters, Taylor and Izzy, here and continues to invest in her community — you'll even find her team's pens and sponsored mugs at many favorite diners and coffee shops around town.

Tansy is married to Michael Munn, owner of BiltRite Inspections and currently running Relevant Construction. Together they share a beautifully blended family with six children and two grandbabies. Sunrise walks on the beach, laughter-filled family time, and serving her community fuel Tansy's passion for real estate. Clients often say she "realtors with purpose" — because working with Tansy and her team isn't just a transaction, it's an experience filled with heart.
