Tansy Moon is a Member of NAR with heart. She has a heart for people. She has a heart for her community of Atlantic Beach. Her favorite role in her job as a trusted real estate advisor with Engel and Volkers First Coast is getting a chance to love on people in their most monumental season. To her, buying or selling a home is so much more than a transaction. It's supporting a family in transition to their next phase of life. It's ensuring that that transition is seamless, beneficial and strategic. Having completed four Ironman competitions, one being the World Championship in Hawaii, Tansy knows how to go the extra mile.

Whether she is listing a multi-million dollar oceanfront property or helping a new family buy their first starter home, Tansy will do what it takes to position her clients for success. She real estate agent with purpose and has over 15 years of industry experience to offer each transaction. Starting her real estate career in 2008, at the turn of the down market, she finished strong as Rookie of the Year.

Tansy continues to remain a top producing advisor in the Jacksonville market year after year. She has a significant social media presence and utilizes her marketing skills throughout all corners of her business. She has lived in the beaches area for over 20 years and raised her two daughters, Taylor and Izzy, in the Atlantic Beach neighborhood. With solely a 100% referral based business, she is able to plug in to her local area, schools, church and community to help those she loves take that next step home. She supports local missions like Rethreaded, the Donna Run 5k, Beaches Church and more. She is married to local home inspection and construction business owner Michael Munn and they have a blended family of 6 children and one grandson.
