Richard Ray

Relocated to the First Coast in 2007 with my wife of 43 years Cammy. We have fallen in love with the people, the weather, and entire First Coast way of life. I have recently joined Cammy a successful Watson agent in the real estate business. I grew up in Denver, and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in finance and economics. My first job was with J.C. Penney Co. corporate headquarters in New York City. After almost ten years learning marketing at the corporate level I left The Penney Co. to start my own sales, marketing and consulting business in New York. I spent the next 25 years working with small manufacturing companies to develop products, and marketing programs to sell the products at major national retail chains including J.C. Penney, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, and Home Depot.
