Patti Burch, who has 30 years of business and sales experience, didn’t start selling real estate until 2012, but caught on fast and promptly won Nassau County’s Rookie Real Estate Agent of the Year award in 2013. Thanks to her business acumen and detailed knowledge of the area, she has placed in the top 5% of all local Member of NAR since then.
A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business, Patti moved to Amelia Island 28 years ago and raised two children while working full time, including a 7-year stint as Regional Sales Manager for the original Amelia Island Plantation Company, handling convention sales. Patti is a proud FSU parent twice over: both her son and daughter went there as well. Patti is an active, local volunteer and has worked tirelessly for the Fernandina Beach High School Foundation and Micah's Place, where she serves as president on the Board of Directors.
When she’s not working, Patti enjoys pickleball and all water sports, including paddleboarding, scuba diving, kayaking, boating, and the beach.
