Michelle launched her real estate career in Ocala, Florida, in 1997 with a prominent development and brokerage firm specializing in large-acreage and horse farms. Drawing on her background in the thoroughbred industry, she successfully brokered everything from gentleman’s estates to professional training centers. On the development side, she served as an assistant project manager and exclusive lot-sales agent for several upscale Central Florida communities.
In January 2000, Michelle relocated to Jacksonville Beach and joined a boutique brokerage in Ponte Vedra Beach, mastering the Beaches market—from oceanfront condos to Intracoastal lots and golf-course communities. Her success led to a 2003 offer from Vestcor Development to serve as Sales Director for MARINA SAN PABLO, a landmark luxury condominium community on the Intracoastal with deeded boat slips. She led sales for the original tower and is proud to see the community’s full build-out after the market downturn.
Michelle returned to general real estate in 2007 and continues to represent buyers and sellers across the Beaches and surrounding areas. In a decade marked by rapid shifts and tighter competition, she relies on deep market knowledge and careful listening to her clients’ goals to achieve results.
