His staging and interior design background proved beneficial to both buyers and sellers along with experience in home renovation; Keith participated in the restoration of nearly 15 historic homes in the Riverside, Avondale, and Ortega areas of Jacksonville. Keith was awarded "Best Historic Renovation" by Jacksonville Mayor John Peyton for the restoration of a Mediterranean revival home on Saint Johns Avenue in Avondale.
