I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I attended Cincinnati Country Day School and the University of Cincinnati while majoring in accounting. I later raised my family on a farm near Batesville, Indiana, for over ten years, along with our horses, goats, and Mastiff dogs, a great life. I was once SVP of the Commercial Lending Division of a major Midwest bank, and I have owned various businesses involved in travel, publishing, and real estate development. My wife of 50 years and I have five children, including our two biological daughters and three adopted foster sons. We have three granddaughters who also live in FL. My real estate experience includes the past ownership of one of the largest independent real estate companies in the country with nearly 900 agents.
I have also sold real estate on the small island of Deer Isle, Maine, in a two-man real estate office. Thank you, Dutch, from Deer Isle Properties. I have sold real estate in Vermont with Lang McLaughry Spera, the largest and best brokerage firm in VT and Northern New England. The relocation of a family member brought us to the St. Augustine/Ponte Vedra area, where we currently reside in Nocatee in Del Webb Ponte Vedra. Over the last 38 years in real estate, I have sold farms, million-dollar mansions, condominiums, large tracts of land, one mobile home, and everything in between. I have been relocated, helped those who were being relocated, worked with many first-time home buyers, and several who wished to retire.
