Brian Sacks

Brian Sacks is currently a licensed and operating Member of NAR in the state of Florida with Engel and Volkers and maintains his REALTOR® Sales Associate license in the state of California where he honed his craft and became one of the top sales agents in the Nation. Brian prides himself in being a Buyer's Agent, by focusing his efforts of finding clients the very best home that suits their needs for the right price and making the process enjoyable and stress-free. Sacks also has the versatility of being a Sellers Listing Agent and aids sellers in finding the right competitive price to list their home so that it sells within a reasonable timeframe. Prior to being with Engel and Volkers, Brian was a Co-Founder and Managing Director for Battery Point Financial, a Specialty Finance Company focused on low-cost residential finance and Chief Operating Officer at Ocean Avenue Investment Company.

Sacks was responsible for the implementation of operational strategy at the portfolio level which included but was not limited to: due diligence, purchasing, sales and marketing, as well as overseeing the disposition of 2000 assets totaling over 90 Million in revenue. In 2003 Sacks came on to the Real Estate scene by joining both the teams of Pulte Homes and RealEstate.com. He quickly rose to the top of the sales force which resulted in more than 400 homes sold. From 2001 through 2005 Sacks helped run his family's construction company at Liberty General Contracting. Clients included Verizon, RCN, AT&T, local municipalities as well as local developers. Brian is currently a Member of NAR with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Certified Professional Sales Agent and a Certified Seniors Specialist within the NAR.
